Demand and Vendor Analyst
work Location : (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform general financial and support related tasks for IT department including oversight of budgets for software / hardware purchasing.
- Manage contracts and maintain software renewals, place hardware orders, tracking budgets, and report back to department.
- Supervise, lead or perform various duties concerned with the procurement of supplies, services, construction or research and development using formal advertising or negotiation procedures.
- Assist with approval and processing of PC request exceptions for refresh, new hires and contractor on-boarding / off-boarding.
- Aware of identity and manage risks related to related positions and control awareness in day to day activity.
- Work and act in accordance with bank’s policies and procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Report to Manager Strategy Vendor Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, major in IT and Finance will be preferred.
- Have 5 years total experience and with minimum 2 years experience in same roles.
- Fluent spoken in English.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Self driven, self motivated and result -oriented.
