Technical & Application support Specialist
Position Purpose:
Responsible for manning the Help Desk, perform dispatch services, trouble ticket problem resolution and online troubleshooting in order to solve user’s computer and telecommunication problems.
The Requirements are:
· Associate degree in computer science
· Have at least 1 year experience in help desk support
· Having knowledge in IT application common service eg. Password, access, FAQ, manuals, etc.
· Hands on experience in Help desk support for PC Hardware and operating software
· Knowledgeable with NT, LAN/WAN, Connection Issue, MS. Office
· Experience in application development and support
· Good command of English (both written and verbal)
· Knowledge of customer service skills and IT technology
· Strong planning, organizing, problem solving and presentation skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiarity with Application features of service, systems, knowledge base building, policies and procedures
