- Review and give comments on the engineering documents based on Company Standards and ITU Standards
- Being intermediate between Operation and Project team during survey, installation and tie-in

- Follow-up punch list of the project and ensure its closing
- Manage relation with concerned party and liaise with government in case of necessity for new project
- Being a level 2 troubleshooter to support operation
