› Min. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University
› Min. 5 years experience as Deputy Project Manager in Coal Mining Company
› Preferred minimum 5 years experience in similar role in the industry
› Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and having worked both strategicially / operationally
› Strong communication skill about all significant issues relating to operations,
environmental, management of safety
› Trustworthy and reliable character
› Willing to work in remote area
› Fluent in both written and spoken English
› Age maximum 40 years
› Computer Literate
2. Mining Engineer
› Age maximum 37 years old
› Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer 11.Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCAD)
› Minimum 3 years experience in Coal Mining Company
› Process managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
› Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
› Able to Plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
› Taking care of quality of mine product
› Good understanding about HSE / K3
› POP Certificate and 2nd Blaster Certificate
› Fluent in both written and spoken English
› Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
› Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and Job responsibility handling meeting with client
3. Operator
› HD Truck CAT.773 Type F, Komatsu 785 Type 5
› Excavator Hitachi 1200, Hitachi PC 1800 dan Komatsu 1250
› Dozer CAT. D8R, Dozer CAT.D8T, Dozer CAT D9T, Dozer CAT D10T
› Motor Grader CAT.16H
4. HSE Superitendent
› Minimum education is S1
› Male
› 5 years minimum working experience at safety departement
› Preferably holding POM certification
› Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Official Law and K3 and environment mining activity
› Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
› Good knowledge and understanding of risk assesment
› Capable for give the instruction and briefing about safety of working
› Capable to identify and act for stoping the activity that led to the accident
› Control and supervise Safety and Environment Procedures in working area
› Make Sure the all the safety procedures as the manpower and company regulation is in place
› Can make a program for the environment and advise if it is not stable
