CUSTOMS COORDINATOR
Monitor all the importation / custom activities to ensure all company s imported goods are arrive in desired location with efficient cost, conform to customs laws and regulation in terms of supporting company s field operations.
Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years in relevant experiences,
2. Min. Bachelor degree from any major,
3. Familiar with the Master List BKPM / oil and gas,
4. Good understanding and implementation of international freight processing and system,
5. Good understanding and implementation of customs regulations/laws and procedures,
6. Creative thinking and ability to manage the work system,
7. Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
1) Control and verify the circulation of documents related to transportation, export, import customs clearance as well as delivery to site to ensure all goods shipped are equipped with complete legal documents,
2) Prepare import clearance file and identification of Import Harmonize System code to ensure all files and codes are complete and proper,
3) Monitor shipping forecast start off from carriers through Freight Forwarder and provide necessary and regular information in order to anticipate difficulties and adapt corrective measure to the actual situation,
4) Monitor handling and boarding operations at ports of loading and discharge at any port or airport of discharge (in Jakarta), or at transshipment port, receipt of goods, customs clearance and delivery to site to ensure all goods are arrived in respected destination without any difficulties,
5) Monitor and coordinate all movement of materials / equipment from supplier s ex work to the fabrication yard or storage area to ensure all movement are runs well and tractable,
6) Assist manager in reviewing and monitoring all customs examinations by external auditors & resolve the customs issues to ensure that customs issues are resolved efficiently,
7) Update and maintain the Oil and Gas & BKPM Master List in order to propose for achieve custom relief.

DEPUTY OPERATION MANAGER

HSE COORDINATOR – MAINTENANCE
Establish and monitor Health Safety Environment (HSE) program activities and HSE in maintenance area in order to achieve good HSE Business Process compliance with company goal.
Requirements:

SENIOR STRUCTURE ENGINEER
Monitor, manage and report cost, including developing, designing and implementing cost control procedure.

1. Familiar with Structure Engineering Software (Staad-Pro),

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1) Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets,
2) Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan,
3) Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets,
4) Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment,
5) Implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan,
6) Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer,
7) Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.

Requirements:
1. Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC),
2. Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering,
3. Prepared to be based in remote locations, as required,
4. Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian,
5. Outstanding analysis skills,
6. Excellent MS Office skills.
Responsibilities:
1) Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions,
2) Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations,
3) Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines,
4) Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented,
5) Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives,
6) Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility.
