PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%). The company has vacant positions for Senior Corporate Permitting Compliance at Jakarta Office with working roster 5 days on and 2 days off.
The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience:Senior Corporate Permitting Compliance
1. Min Bachelor degree and majoring in Law are preferable.
2. 5 years experiences in Legal and Permiting Mining Industry.
3. Responsible to Coordinate, Maintain and Establish the Permitting action Register and Operating Approvals System.
4. Familiar with Mining Law and Mining Regulation, and Others Law & Reg (Forestry, Environmental, Public Work).
5. Good Command of spoken and written English.
6. Have Good interpersonal skill and team work.
7. Presentation Skill and Computer Literate.
