- 1. Commercial Claim Adjuster
- You will be authorized to make the decision or recommendation deal with the claim process (accept or reject the claim proposal ). Handling the claim process with high speed and accuration to get the maximized underwriting result and customer satisfaction, is your global main job. You will develop working system and procedures of handling an effective and efficient claim process, doing survey claim to investigate the cause of loss and gaining data to calculate the loss. One of the other duties is to recommend and evaluate External Surveyor and Loss Adjuster, and the other subcontractor to be qualified. Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) of any discipline from reputable university, preferable from Engineering Faculty (any major).
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship
- Having an impressive achievement experience
- Actively contribute effective role in team work
- Having the competencies of Analysis and Judgment, Vision, Business Sense, Inter -personal Skill and Influencing skill
- 2. Property Underwriter
- You will make risk assessment, mainly for large industrial & manufacturing business. You have to arrange insurance coverage & to propose insurance terms & conditions including risk recommendation. You will also negotiate and make reinsurance placement. Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) of any discipline from reputable university (Min GPA 3.00)
- Preferably from Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship
- Having an impressive achievement experience
- Actively contribute effective role in team work
- Hold AAA-IK degree
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in underwriting
- 3. Account Manager
- Independently, you will find Corporate New Business/ Account, in order to achieve your individual sales target. You will assist customer to identify their needs of company products custom-build as maintaining their existing to create service excellent.
- Finding corporate customer to fulfill your sales target.
- Identify their need of corporate general insurance (such as property all risks, electrical, machinery break down, liability, marine, cargo and others)
- Maintain our existing customer and creating service excellent for all of our customers.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, with maximum age of 30 years old.
- Experienced min 1-2 years in marketing or sales, also in fulfilling sales target.
- Experienced in dealing intensively with customer and external parties, having wide networking, ability to maintain relationship.
- Having insurance background with specialization in several business field.
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- 4. IT DEVELOPER
- Responsibilities: In this position, you will responsible to design, create, and test application programs according to the needs and requirements of the users. You will also responsible for the installation of the programs and fix it whenever any problems after used by the user. Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, from MIPA, IT or Information System
- Proficiency in English
- Having the competencies of Analysis and Judgment,Planning and Driving Action
- Actively contribute effective role in team work
- Capable in operating VB, VC++, VJ++, Vinterdev, HTML, ASP, ASP.net
- Competent in Relational Database (SQL Server) concept
- Has a good teamwork competency
- 5. SURVEYOR
- Responsibilities:
- Surveyor merupakan salah satu pemegang kunci kualitas hasil kerja di proses bisnis asuransi retail. Keterampilan surveyor merupakan integrasi pengetahuan teoritis dan keterampilan di lapangan yang memadai, untuk dapat menghasilkan kualiatas judgement yang memadai dalam penentuan cover asuransi.
- Min D3 Teknik, diutamakan dari teknik mesin atau otomotif
- Mampu menggunakan MS Office
- Customer Service oriented
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
- 6. RISK MANAGEMENT STAFF
- Responsibilities:
- Basically you are responsible in handling risk management for corporate sector, correctly and punctual in order to give useful recommendation in risk closing process. You have to do some survey about the subject matter of insurance and report the result to underwriting staff as consideration in acceptance of the subject matter of insurance. Later, you have to develop the risk survey and help branch surveyor to do risk survey of special occupation/object. You also have to give recommendation to improve standard of operation and systems those are related with risk management.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university (Min GPA 3.00)majoring Engineering ( Chemical Engineering is preferable )

- 7. CLAIM SECTION HEAD (HEALTH BUSINESS)
- You will be authorized to make the decision or recommendation deal with the claim process (accept or reject the claim proposal) in our Health Insurance business,GARDA MEDIKA. Your responsibility is to handle the claim process with high speed and accuracy to get the maximized underwriting result and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible of developing working system and procedures of handling an effective and efficient claim process. Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Medicine from a reputable university
- Minimum two years of working experience in the field of Healthcare
- Dynamic team player with a pleasant personality
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Excellent command in English (oral and written)
