DH Energy is an Indonesia-based integrated energy company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in coal mining, power generation, coal upgrading, coal gasification and coal liquefaction. Our mission is to be a highly reliable energy provider through the optimization of our resources. Currently, we are planning to set up power generation and coal upgradation projects in South Sumatera. To support our current and upcoming business development, DH Energy is inviting qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the following positions :
Plan, coordinate, and monitor DH Power Occupational, Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) activities and ensure the plan and programs implementation are in accordance with the company policy, the industry standards and related government regulations, in order to achieve safety condition and environment at work place and surrounding community area
Qualifications
Formal Education
- Min S1 in engineering/ technical / occupational safety from reputable local or overseas university
- Preferably also holding AMDAL A/B certification
Working Experience
- At least 7 years in similar industry within OHSE area.
- At least 2 - 3 years in supervisory / junior management position.
Other Relevant Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Articulate and persuasive in oral communication
- Good knowledge of National and International Safety Regulations and Standards (i.e. ISO 14001)
- Strong knowledge of AMDAL, Environment Management System, AFA, Hazop, Engineering Management Change
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of planning and budgeting
- Good managerial skills
- Computer skills
