Management Trainee Program
We provide structured training for all university graduates in the Sari Husada Management Trainee Program to anticipate needs for potential future quality leadership abilities (Supervisor level and above), in handling competitions and new challenges in the business industry as well as strengthening the organization in 5 to 10 years time.
We prepare our training contestants to enter management position at level one in ensuring minimum and public competence development at Sari Husada.
This program was designed to present an overview and understanding about Sari Husada’s main basic functions, business process as well as managerial competences and functional/technically within the shortest period of 12 months.
The program is open to all candidates from both internal and external Sari Husada with the following requirements:
EXTERNAL CANDIDATES
| • | Indonesian citizenship |
| • | Undergraduate degree certificate from a prestigious University |
| • | GPA > 3.0 |
| • | Male/Female (Single) |
| • | Age < 27 years |
| • | Able to operate Microsoft Office applications |
| • | Able to communicate in English, orally as well as written |
| • | Prepared to relocate to different Sari Husada operation units all across Indonesia |
INTERNAL CANDIDATES
| • | Indonesian citizenship |
| • | Undergraduate degree certificate from a prestigious University |
| • | GPA > 3.0 |
| • | Male/Female |
| • | Age < 30 years |
| • | Able to operate Microsoft Office applications |
| • | Able to communicate in English, orally as well as written |
| • | Prepared to relocate to different Sari Husada operation units all across Indonesia |
