Project Expeditor (Singapore – Toa Payoh)
Requirements:
* Applicants must have at least 3 years of related experiences in oil and gas industry.
* Applicants must have at least a Local Polytechnic Diploma.
* Contract Type: 1 year (Renewable)
* Only Singaporean or SPR need apply
Responsibilities:
* a) Expediting all purchase orders acknowledgements, timely vendor data submissions for review and approval as required by the purchase order.
* b) Monitor order’s materials buy-out status, fabrication progress, shipping & documentation status in accordance with purchase order requirements and contract schedules.
* c) Anticipate supplier’s early production problems and check to ensure planned production is not delayed due to materials and resources shortages.
* d) Act as interface between project and suppliers for problem resolution and ensure supplier implement corrective action plan to mitigate delivery impact.
* e) Preparation and generation of expediting material status report on weekly basis with updated information about the progress of material orders.
* f) Act as interface with suppliers and the project to resolve OS&Ds raised for materials discrepancies during receipt.
* g) Ensure materials ready for shipment are coordinated efficiently between the quality and logistics / traffic group to ensure a smooth delivery to site.
